The access and use of the platform implies the express and unreserved acceptance of all the terms of these conditions of use, having the same validity and effectiveness as any contract entered in writing and signed.
If you do not agree with the exposed terms, do not access, or use the platform. By accepting the terms and conditions, the participant declares that he has read, understood, and agrees with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
All the information that appears on the website and platform regarding the articles, their characteristics, prices, and purchase conditions, including the forms and conditions of shipping and payment, may be modified by CROM EVENT MANAGEMENT SLU at any time and without prior notice. Some aspects of the “Terms and conditions of purchase” may be changed by special agreement between the client and CROM EVENT MANAGEMENT SLU always with the consent of CROM EVENT MANAGEMENT SLU.

Participants who register, themselves or on behalf of third parties, will have to create a platform access profile by filling in the information required in the specific form provided for this purpose.
EVENT REGISTRATION
To register for the event, the user who formalizes the registration needs to access their user profile, select the number of participants – pilots or passenger – who will be part of the registration and fill in the data of these participants, which will be through the specific form enabled for this purpose. The user must include the real and truthful data of all the participants they register, an essential requirement to be able to correctly manage our service.
Under no circumstances CROM EVENT MANAGEMENT SLU will be responsible for the veracity of the registration data provided by the participants, so each one of them is responsible for the possible consequences, errors and failures that may subsequently arise from the lack of veracity of the data.
The ID data or the document provided will be used solely and exclusively by authorized personnel of CROM EVENT MANAGEMENT SLU to carry out the identification work and, in no case, will it be processed for any other purpose.
PURCHASING PROCESS
Placing an order on the platform implies acceptance by the client of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the client may differ from those of CROM EVENT MANAGEMENT SLU if it has not been expressly accepted in advance and in writing by CROM EVENT MANAGEMENT SLU.
It is understood that the client, at the time of placing the order, has freely read, understood, and accepted these conditions by checking the corresponding box available for this purpose.

In the event that the client provides the data of a third person or entity when making the purchase, the same client will be solely responsible for this third person or entity knowing and expressly accepting this situation. All responsibility for damages that may arise from this fact will fall entirely on the client, exempting CROM EVENT MANAGEMENT SLU from any responsibility.
PRICES
The website and the platform indicate the current prices. Prices are valid at the time of publication and may be modified by CROM EVENT MANAGEMENT SLU without prior notice.
Payment of the purchase amount must be received by CROM EVENT MANAGEMENT SLU, free of bank commissions or other expenses derived from the transaction.
In addition to the provisions of the previous section, it must be considered to pay for your purchases in EUROS and that all possible bank commissions for currency exchange will be borne by the customer.

CARD PAYMENT

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
You can cancel it with a 10€ charge by notifying it before June 2nd, 2024 by sending an email to info@cromride.cat
If you cancel between June 3rd and 29th 2024, you will no longer have the right to any refund.
You can also give your place to another person. If you find someone who wants to participate, we can change your name at no cost as long as it is before June 2nd, 2024.
Returns will be made using the same method by which the payment has been made.
If the event has to be cancelled due to force majeure (extremely adverse climate that makes it impossible to move, prohibition by the authorities…) the registration fee will not be refunded.
IMAGE RIGHTS
We inform the participants that in all the events organized by CROM EVENT MANAGEMENT SLU photographs and/or videos will be taken during their celebration. The content obtained in the different events will be used by CROM EVENT MANAGEMENT SLU for advertising and communication purposes on the web, social networks, etc. The very registration and participation in the event will imply the acceptance of the participant in the capture of images of the participant with the previously stated purpose.
DISCLAIMER
Accepting the exemption from liability, the user who fills in the form declares that the vehicle he will drive meets all the legal requirements for driving on public roads (valid driving license, insurance, and ITV), that the driver has a valid driving license, and who is responsible for any damages that may be caused to third parties. Likewise, it undertakes to respect traffic regulations at all times and exempts the members of the organization from any responsibility derived from their participation in the events organized by CROM EVENT MANAGEMENT.
