PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE
These terms govern the use and purchase of registrations and products through https://inscripcions.cromride.cat/, managed by CROM EVENT MANAGEMENT, S.L.U.
Access, registration or purchase imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
REGISTRATION AND DATA
https://inscripcions.cromride.cat/ is an online platform where users can register and sign up for events organised by CROM.
To register or make a purchase, users must create a profile and provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information. The account is personal and non-transferable; users are responsible for keeping their password secure.
Minors may only register with written authorisation from a parent or guardian, and by meeting the legal requirements (driving licence, insurance, etc.).
PURCHASE AND REGISTRATION PROCESS
- The user selects the event or product and follows the indicated steps.
- Before confirming payment, a summary shows the total price, taxes and payment options.
- Once confirmed, the user receives a confirmation email with the purchase or registration details.
- Registration or purchase is only effective once full payment has been received by CROM.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
CROM may modify prices at any time; however, the price in effect at the time of purchase will always apply.
Available payment methods:
- Credit or debit card
- Bizum
- Apple Pay or Google Pay
Payments are processed through a secure gateway (Redsys or equivalent).
CROM does not store or have access to card information.
SHIPPING
- National (Spain, Andorra, Portugal): no additional cost.
- International: cost displayed before confirmation, depending on destination.
Delivery times are communicated once the order has been processed.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY (100 COLLS 2026)
- Free cancellation until 20 February 2026.
- From 21 to 27 February 2026: refund of 50% + tracker deposit.
- From 28 February 2026: no refund, except for the tracker deposit.
- Free name change until 27 February 2026.
- If the event is cancelled due to force majeure (extreme weather or official prohibition), the registration fee will not be refunded.
Requests must be sent to info@100colls.cat.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used.
Note: the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to leisure services with a fixed date (Art. 103.l Spanish Consumer Law).
GEOLOCATION DURING THE EVENT
A temporary GPS tracking system may be activated during the event for safety and operational purposes.
- Operates only during event hours.
- No tracking outside that period.
- Data are deleted once the activity is complete.
IMAGE RIGHTS
By registering, participants authorise CROM to capture and use images or videos for informational or promotional purposes related to the event.
Authorisation may be revoked at any time by writing to events@cromevent.com.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
The participant declares that their vehicle meets all legal requirements (MOT, insurance, and valid registration), that they hold a valid driving licence, and that they will comply with traffic regulations.
They accept full responsibility for any damage caused to third parties and release the organiser from any liability arising from their conduct or non-compliance.
APPLICABLE LAW
This agreement is governed by Spanish and Catalan law.
